Fast track Transition is not working , please suggest it's urgent

Hi,

I am trying to create a fast track transition, when i tried it in post function it gives an error that "Wrong place in workflow, move after 'Fire a ... event that can be processed by the listeners' function". 

So i have create listener for fast track transition still it's not working, please suggest 

Please check screenshot and suggest i have applied it correctly or not ?
