Thank you for your question. This is an Atlassian Marketplace problem, and the incompatibility warning can be safely ignored. It appears that you have applied a license, and the plugin does work correctly in that version of Crucible.

 

I have already opened a ticket with Atlassian about this issue, which seems to be due to the combined deployment model of Fisheye & Crucible. The ticket is UPM-4921 https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/UPM-4921
