How can I extend the trial period for GreenHopper?

Hello,

We are evaluating JIRA and GreenHopper together for Agile and Defect Management for our organization. While we have successfully been able to extend the trial period or JIRA but NOT for GreenHopper.

Could you please provide any help on this.

You can try to generate a new GreenHopper Evaluation License in https://my.atlassian.com to be used in your test instance

We are able to generate License for Jira in https://my.atlassian.com

We are getting below error for GreenHopper.

Your plugin license is not valid for use with Atlassian GreenHopper. Please ensure that you have entered the correct plugin license.
