How can I realize a Solution where an assignee is dependent from an assigneegroup?
I search for a Solution where a selected assignee is dependent from the selected assigneegroup. I,E. their is a ticket for the Group "Querschnitt/Portal" and I know who from this group will solve this ticket, then I can choose this person. When I know the Group, but don't know who will solve the problem I choose the Functionuser for this group. When we have the example 2 and choose an assignee that is not in this group then the field Beabeitergruppe has been empty and marked as required field.
Is a script listener, special post functions, ... a basic?
