I am trying to create a PowerBI report showing SLA data for issues raised in JIRA Service desk. But seems there is no field which I can use for SLA status.
I don't know if the "status" is exposed directly through any field, but you could eventually use Better Excel Plugin to export your ticket data, then import the XLSX file to PowerBI.
The nicety here is that you can use an Excel formula or rewrite the logic that exports the SLA values so that they produce the format you'd like to see.
