How do I move another person's tasks on the Task Board

I am the leader of a project and am also a system administrator in Jira. We want to set up an interactive whiteboard session where people can move tasks around on the whiteboard. However we will use only one account to log in but different people will want to move their tasks in this account.

As an example how can I move a task from 'In Progress' to the 'To Do Column'. I can do it with one of my own tasks but not when I don’t own it. As mentioned above this will be an issue on the interactive whiteboard as we will use only one account and many people will 'drag' tasks across and back the Task Board using only this one account.
