How do I use Automation for Jira to trigger creation of an issue whic triggers creation of subtasks?

I have a specific Issue Type whose creation triggers an automation to create sub tasks for the new issue.  I want to be able to use a Scheduled trigger on a specific day of the week to create a new issue of this type.  I created the trigger of Scheduled with the option to "simply run the conditions and actions".  For the creation of the new issue, only the Summary field gets set.  The issues get created on schedule but does not trigger the creation of the sub tasks.  Creating the issue type by itself DOES create the sub tasks.

I found the answer.  I had to go into the rules for the issue creations and check the "allow other rule actions to trigger this rule".
