How do I write a groovy script for getting all options under different contexts for custom field?

Under the "Application(s)" custom field, I have different contexts for different projects. Now, I want to write a script to get all the data and export it to csv format.

By all the data, I mean all options under the different contexts created for the custom field. Right now I am able to get only the options under the Default Configuration Scheme for Application(s).

Please let me know if you are not clear with the question.
