How link tempo budget (server) to tempo timesheets (cloud) and tempo planner (cloud)

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We test Tempo planner and Tempo timesheets in Cloud because we link them with slack. We want using tempo budget (only available for server or data center) and link it with tempo timesheets and tempo planner. We try to use Backbone Issue Sync for Jira for synchronize the server with the cloud but we have an error because we can't synchronize a cloud with a server.
