Hello team,
As mentioned in the Question, I just want to know "How to check workflows in Jira are used/created using Workflow Add-on Enhancer?"
FYI: we have used Workflow Enhancer v3.8.1 in Jira v7.9.2.
Thanks

Hi @Fayaz Abdul ,
if at least evaluating an additional app is a valid approach for you, I'd suggest taking a look at Admin Toolbox for Jira available on the Atlassian Marketplace which offers a Workflow Report and directly points you to workflows and transitions making use of any condition, validator of post function by apps used within your workflows. Besides that the app offers a lot of other helpful features for administering a Jira instance that you might want to try out as well.
Since you might not be admitted to just add another app on a production instance on the fly, using it on a staging environment that has been updated with a recent XML-backup should be a valid workaround. Obviously, a 30 days trial should be initially suffcient for your current use case.
PS. I belong to the vendor.
Cheers
Thorsten
Hi @Fayaz Abdul
Take the XML export of the workflow and open the XML file in your favourite editor. You should see the validators or conditions introduced by this add-on.
Give it a try.

Thanks for your quick response, but this is complex to check many projects right.
and also want to know, we are using Workflow Enhancer in one Jira instance and imported projects to another Jira instance(which don't have this add-on) will these workflows work?
If there is an easy way to check project workflows using this add-on, will appreciate it.
Thanks
Fayaz

Hi @Fayaz Abdul
Yes that is the best approach without relying on any paid add-on.
You can import to the workflow to another instance provided this add-on and possibly other add-ons and other references exist on target instance. Take a look at this documentation.
