How to configure a specific custom field using Create on Transition add-on?

Hello,

I'm using Create on Transition add-on to open automatically sub-tasks.

I'm trying to configure a custom field [ID:13682] with a specific value [PSW Testing Task] while the sub task is being created but it doesn't work.

Looks like there is a problem with how I configure it because the field does not appear on the screen

Here is what I configured in the post-function:

Create subtask 
Conditions:

• Ignore if original issue is a subtask

Summary: %parent_Project name% - %entry% 
Description: 
Issue type: Sub Task (23) 
Priority: Parent's priority 
Reporter: Current user 
Assignee: Parent issue's assignee 
Affected versions: None 
Fixed versions: Parent issue's fixed versions 
Components: Specific components (Document) 
Due date: Parent issue's due date 
Set custom field: 13682, Value: PSW Testing Task 
Create multiple issues: PSW Testing Task,, Exact

Can you please check your Custom field is attached to a screen and able to select the same for an issue (check from Configure Fields).
