How to correctly display a Deviniti dynamic field using Better PDF Exporter?

I am very new to Jira development (and all development actually) but we just recently changed a field to a Deviniti dynamic field and now when we generate our reports via Better PDF Exporter, it is not displaying the data correctly. The data is there, but it is displaying it as some weird object.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
