How to create issue using CLI with 4 multi select custom fields

I am trying to create an issue with 4 multi select fields to set

whith option --field "fieldname" --values "1,2,3,4"  --field2 "fieldname" --values2 "a,b,c,d"  I am limited to 2 fields

with option --custom "field1:1,2,3,4,field2:a,b,c,d..etc" i get an error because the values separtator comma is also fields separator comma"

is there another syntax to permit this action?

OK I found the right syntax for this :

--custom " 'field1:1,2,3','field2:a,b,c',......,'fieldn:x,y,z'"
