How to enable Easy Scrum workflow add on

Hi There,

I recently went through the Easy Agile scrum workflow for JIRA https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213278/easy-agile-scrum-workflow-for-jira

and wanted to deploy it in my JIRA server so that we can have the Epic wise view  and its related tasks. I imported the plugin in the server, but I don't see the icons of this plugin (Which comes above the backlog icon) in my Scrum board to see the epics and tasks in the chronical view, please see the attached screenshot for the icons which i'm referring to. I believe its because i haven't installed or missed out some procedure while enabling

Does anyone know how to enable this plugin ??. Please help me out in getting installed.
