How to insert subfolder to anther one

In test management tool I've created a folder and under it subfolders.

I want to insert subfolders under subfolders and change the hierarchy. 

Is it possible?

Yes, you can, but need workaround. You should create some subfolder in the folder then just drag your subfolder.
