I would like to change the color of the transition buttons in jira service desk. Im using jira cloud version, is this possible without a plugin?
Hi @Gomez, Daniel ,

im fine with the status colors, those can stay the same. I want to know if its possible to change the color of "transition buttons". The buttons next to edit, assign and comment. Is there a way to adjust that in the settings without having to purchase a plugin?

I believe you are talking about the old issue view, since the edit, assign and comment buttons are not present in the issue view:
However, in order to make sure we are on the same page, can you kindly provide a screenshot of the transition buttons you are referring to?
Thanks,
Dario

Hi @Gomez, Daniel ,
I can confirm that what you are trying to achieve it is not possible without using an add-on. However, we do have the below feature request asking to have this possibility add to the product:
You may want to vote and watch the above feature request so that you will get notified in case of any update.
The feature will be addressed according to the Implementation of New Features Policy but please also notice that, since the transition buttons are not displayed the same way in the new issue view, there is no guarantee that this will ever be implemented.
Cheers,
Dario
