Is there a way to add Test Cases of a specific Status in a Test Case in Zephyr?

Suppose I have 10 test cases in JIRA with different status like : "Open", "In Progress", "Approved".

 

I want to configure Zephyr Test Cycle in such a manner that it allows me to add test cases only with Approved Status. If I try to add a test case with Open / In Progress Status in a Test Cycle it will throw me a error.

 

Is that possible to configure in Zephyr Test cycle.
