Is there a way to do dot-voting on issues

Hi all,

Votes are fun. Except when everyone in the company starts lobbying to vote for every issue they file. 

During meetings, we have the dot-voting system. Everyone in the meeting has 10 votes and can divide his/her votes over all the items. That way, they are forced to really think twice about what items to give their votes to.

Out of the box, this isn't possible with jira. Uservoice has this I think, but lacks other things. 

Is there an add-on or hidden way to make this possible?

Interesting question you've got there! As you've guess correctly this can't be done with out of the box functionalities. Have you tried looking for an app on the marketplace?
