JETI: E-Mail this issue creates public comments and double Issues
Hi,
I have a problem with the Plug-In "E-Mail this issue":
1. When an Agend send an E-Mail to JIRA, the JIRA would create two issues.
2. I configured the E-Mail this issue Mail handler to not send any comment but when I send an E-Mail to respond to the "E-Mail this issue" E-Mail, the JIRA Service Desk would always create a public comment.
Could anyone help me with this?
