JIRA - Big Picture - Roadmap

In Big Picture's roadmap the cadences are only a max of 4 weeks, however our projects could run well over 4 weeks.  What is the best way to incorporate Big Picture into a roadmap view (perferred in 12 mos)?  Also best way to auto-populate the roadmap without manually adding each project or adjusting dates each time we need to show to leadership?

JIRA Portfolio is not an option at this time.
