JIRA Cloud and Bugherd integration

Hi guys,

I'm stuck with configuring JIRA Cloud <> Bugherd integration. Any suggestions? Advices? 

Official bugherd documentation suggests to configure incoming mail handlers. Not sure how to do this.

Any help would be priceless.

The suggestion from the Bugherd docs sounds right.  On JIRA, you'd configure it for "incoming email" and then tell Bugherd to send email to JIRA.

Hi Nic,

Yes, thanks. I've followed this link to configure everything. Works well on JIRA side. But when I add needed email address to the Bugherd project integration tab and submit a feedback or a bug - nothing's happening.

Any advice here?

I don't know Bugherd well enough to help you with that.
