Jira (Tempo) TimeSpent field not showing in History and Worklog

Since about 27 June 2017 (I think), the TimeSpent field is not showing in the History area of an issue when time has been logged (except where that time was logged as part of a transition). Our Jira instance is the cloud version.
Below is a screenshot from a few months ago where 10 minutes was logged and the Remaining Estimate has been reduced (automatically) by that 10 minutes.
Here is the equivalent form today - only the Remaining Estimate shows
The same issue applies to the Worklogs - I'm trying to extract from the Jira REST API how much time has been spent on each issue, but can't do that anymore.
Is anyone else having a similar problem? Is there any way to keep extracting the time spent via the API?
