I would like to know the list of Known Issues fro 7.13.5 to 8.5 Jira Versions (7.13.5, 7.13.6,...., 8.5) for both single Server and Data Center

From my experience the upgrade is possible without any major trouble. There is no guarantee or course, you have to be prepared according to documentation.

How it preparation and upgrade takes depends on your specific setup and integrations to other products which are probably in place on your end.
