There's been readability issues on our team with the messages Jira posts to Slack, where it will show a blurb of the description (or the entire description) for *every* type of notification we have set, not just ticket creation, but just moving a ticket from one column to another on the Kanban board, or editing just one word in a description or comment.
If I go to Project Settings > Apps > Slack Integration, then click Edit for the Slack channel, I'm not seeing an option to limit the verbosity or not show the description (blurb?) in each notification; we want to show when a ticket has transitioned, but our team members are complaining that they're hard to read or notice or become overwhelming to the point of being ignored, which becomes counterproductive to the point of using Jira.
Is there some way to fix this? Currently we have disabled all "Issues transitioned to" except for new tickets (which is nice to show the description), but really all we need for most notifications is the ticket ID, title, a hyperlink, and something short and easy-to-read that shows what the specific change was.
