Message in Jira. i This issue does not exist in any Program

1 hour ago (9am AEST) everyone started to receive this message when creating a Jira: i This issue does not exist in any Program.

There is also another message: BigPicture Work Breakdown Structure appearing.

Does anyone know how to remove these messages?

The BigPicture add-on adds a panel to issues to tell you what (BigPicture) program they belong to.  This issue does not belong to any yet, so it's telling you that.

To remove this, you have to turn off BigPicture (although if the web-panel is a module of the app, you may be able to turn off just that module, but that reduces the usefulness of the app)
