Next Gen Email Handler

Recently in Email this I can only see the class mail handler not the Next Gen Mail Handlers.  Has anyone else have this problem?  If I can see the mail handle does that mean all my email handlers were deleted?

Could you please provide more context?

Did you recently transition from our cloud product to our server product? The reason I ask is that you have mentioned Next Gen, which is a Cloud-only project type.
