Plan time for others

In Jira task, under heading: Plans, there is a blue [Plan] button

When I plan time, I can only plan time for myself (ie no dropdown with other team members)

Can anyone suggest - What setting/config should I change (either in Jira or tempo), so I can plan time for others?

For some reason it seems that i cannot plan time for others anymore. I can only plantime for myself. And yes i have all the permissions needed (Global, Project, Team - Jira-admin).

Jira server 7.11

Tempo Timesheets 9.4.2

Anyone know what happened here?

Hi Seaghan,

From the documentation I found it appears you have to be a Team Leader based on the Tempo Timesheets Permissions and Roles knowledge base article and the How to log work on another user's time sheet Communities post I found.

Review the Tempo Timesheets Permissions and Roles knowledge base article and you should be set.
