Power BI and JIRA - Can you create a System Account for Power BI?

Hi All - 

Can you create a System Account for Power BI like you can for Trello and other applications?  I can create a connection Power BI with my credentials just fine but I don't want to do that.  I'd like a system account from Jira to use so if I leave the company, the report doesn't break
