Project Import - Importing Attachments

I am currently attempting to import a large project with many attachments from a different JIRA instance. Is it possible to import issues with their attachments included? If so, how? I am using CSV to import.

You can refer to the following two links of one of the FAQ and official documentation on how to import attachment via CSV. You can either attach files via File or HTTP protocol.
