Adding BCC and sending from a specific box

Is it possible to add a BCC field to the form 'Email This Issue'?

Also, currently I can click on 'Send mail with me as a sender', but is it possible to add a field that would allow me to type in an email address that it should be sent from? Currently if I don't click 'Send mail with me as a sender', it sends it from our generic Jira email box, which I don't want people to reply to.

This will come soon in 5.3 along with BCC.
