Hello everyone,

I'm trying to enter a query that is for all open tickets for last 12 months by 14 day (2 week) trends

Hi Kirsty,

 

I have done some research and have not found a good way to get the two week timeline that you're looking for.  We thought about a report, however, the reporting period does not break up into biweekly time periods in this manner.  In light of this you may need to try an add-on such as Arsenal Dataplane.
