BigPicture : Some stories' effort not showing in resource panel

Hi,

Within the Gantt view, I regularly check the resources panel at the bottom to check availability. This has worked great for many projects. However I've recently setup a more complex project in Jira which includes Versions and Epics (the others never needed them). It looks like when I move Stories that are within a version/epic the effort isn't shown up on the resource panel. I don't know if it's the epic or the version causing the issue (I assume the Epic). I have the Storypoints effort at the story level (not the epic), would this cause an issue?

Are you a Jira Cloud or Server user?

Can you attach a screenshot from your Gantt chart?
