You do not have the correct permissions to view the page: CRM integration
Please request access from your Atlassian Cloud administrator.
... the problem is I am the administrator. What do I need to do to get this working?

Solution provided by Jira tech support (Sydney) and worked for me:
It seems like CRM Integration requires Administer Projects permission for it to display on Project Settings.
One way to adjust the permission would be to grant yourself the Project Role (Admininstrator) through the People section.
