Can someone walk me through TFS4Jira Cloud Synchronizer installation?

Having challenges importing TFS files into Jira Cloud so I've installed TFS4Jira plugin for Cloud. I need to iinstall the Synchronizer and am having a bit of difficulty. Would appreciate it if someone would kindly walk me through. It's more involved than the server installation.
