We started using Tempo last week. Before that the log work was done in Jira.
Currently we cant see in Tempo Reports log work of issues that were logged before we started to work with Tempo.
If I open the issue and update the work log it will appear in the Reports.
Any ideas why this happens and how can we make all issues appear in Tempo Reports without editing them one by one?

In general, we had some issues creating reports that fit our advanced controlling needs, so we wrote an add-on called Exply for JIRA, to merge JIRA issue data with Tempo time sheets data.
You may try it out and see if it also suits you.
