Hi,
I have installed and configured Customer Satisfaction Survey for JIRA.
A test email is sent when I use "Send Test Email". I configured addon to resolved event. However when I resolve a ticket it doesn't send an email to user (reporter).
I'm testing on JIRA version 7.1.2.
Also, reporter and assignee are different users.
I have followed the configuration guidelines in the support document. Please let me know if I am missing anything.
