Duplicated Tempo "Team" custom field

Hi, 

There are 2 custom fields with same name "Teams" from tempo add-on in the list of custom fields. Both are shown as [Locked] so there is no way to modify the name or delete one of them. 

This brings some doubt when selecting the field in a screen or issue search query.

Any idea why tempo is showing this field twice ? How to get rid of one of these 2 fields ?
