Excel-like Issue Editor for Jira - menu not displaying

I have installed this plugin. I have set the permissions etc:

I should see ab Edit button in the issue navigator and Spreadsheet menu on the project navigation screen.

But I do not.

Hi David,

Please confirm Issue editor setting again whether you have correct Permission setting and your Date Picker and Date Time Picker match with the format in JIRA.
If that is all set correctly, please contact Ricksoft support.
