From a page, I create a new gliffy diagram. Then, after publishing it, I click the edit button above the gliffy diagram to make some edits. All that loads is a blank white page. In the web browser console, I see the following error:

Anyone else experiencing this issue or have any ideas how to both fix it and make sure this doesn't happen again?
Hi Luke,
There is one way to fix this, but it requires a bit of an adventurous spirit. This is not an official solution, but one that I came across when troubleshooting similar cases.
If you go to the attachments menu of the page (clicking on the more button next to edit) you will see that there are 2 tabs on the page, one for the attachments, and one for the diagram(s).
Go to the Gliffy diagrams tab, and click on the diagram that is causing trouble. It should now open, first in view-only mode, but clicking on the pencil icon in the bottom left should open the full interface.
You need to export this diagram in the Gliffy format. Once it's saved. go back to the attachments page, and download all attachments (as a safety net).
You will now need to delete the offending diagram and the thumbnail png, from the attachments tab, as well as the diagram in the diagrams tab.
Open the page for editing, remove the no longer present diagram, and add a new Gliffy diagram instead. When the interface opens, import the saved diagram, save, exit, and then save the page.
The diagram should now be editable directly from the page.
Good luck!
good one, thanks Paul

Hello,
With the latest version(8.5.1) of Gliffy plugin, I am facing the issue while editing the Gliffy diagram directly from the edit icon on the confluence page.
On click of Save button in the Gliffy editor showing this error:
{"status code:"500,"data":
(authorized:false,valid:true,"allowedinreadonlymode":true,"errors":
[],successful, "false"), "message":"java.lang.NullPointerException","reason":"internal server error"]
Anyone is experiencing this error and how to fix this issue. Please share your thoughts.
