How can I set EmailThisIssue sending HTML-Mails automatically for all Users?

You can specify a configuration parameters in a file called "email-this-issue.properties".

These parameters will set default values for all users.

Add a parameter as follows:

#set email format to html or text
emailFormat=html

You must copy the file to $JIRA_INSTALL/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes and restart JIRA.
