Hi, today I was checking all the add-ons for Jira (ticket center). I was wonder if this pulg-in  can be installed in Jira below the link.

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.surveycake.addon/cloud/installation  

Do I need a permission to install this or I just follow the instructions?

I want to have a satisfaction survey after I close a ticket in Jira, this is possible with this tool?

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

That plugin is only availble for JIRA Cloud.  You cannot install this to JIRA Server at this time.   If you do have JIRA Cloud, then you would need to be an administrator of that instance in order to be able to install this to your Cloud instance.
