Our developers are working on issues during a sprint. The estimate these issues and log their work. They are checking the burn down chart in a daily standup.
As we use Jira in other departments as well, non-sprint-members sometimes log some work to the sprint-issues, too. But this leads to a wrong burn down.
Is there any option or a addon to define the sprint team members? Or to mark some worklogs as non-sprint-relevant?
Appreciate any help!
Create a group of users for the particular project and give access to that project only to that group. In that way you will restrict "un related" people log working in this sprint.
Additionally I look at this question in a different way, in case those people are logging work to the tasks of this sprint / team then they are doing it because they are have work to do in that sprint - so they are right in their own way, isn't it?
