How to connect to my remote git repository from my windows server

I have access to my local windows server and I created a folder called "Git Projects" and made a git init --bare.

Now I am trying to connect this remote repository to the Jira Git integration tool of yours. But it does not actually work, Could someone please send or direct me to a documentation where I can get information for this
