Hi Florian

        You can disable the Object Picker from showing in the Customer Portal.

This is done in the Customfield Configuration.

You cannot, however, remove the Object Picker from the Agent's View or Jira Issues.

As this functionality is currently not available out of the box in Insight, I would like to recommend you to visit https://jira.riada.io which is our open ticket system for feature requests and verified bugs. You can view, watch, vote and comment on issues reported by anyone.

If you can't find an already opened ticket request for this feature, feel free to create a new one.

Kind regards,

Yinon

@Yinon Negev

Hi Yinon!

Thanks for the quick answer.

My Question was a bit to inaccurate.  I know about the function in the custom field configuration.

But i have following situation:

I have displayed an insight custom field in the customer portal + object picker enabled. (because the CF is a multiselect and its more comfortable for the customer to select the objects with the objectpicker)

In the object picker its possible to search for the Objects (right side on top) and its possible to search for the objecttypes (left side on top).

In my situation there is only one objecttype to search - so its really confusing for our customers which "Search field" is the right one to type in.

Is it in any way possible to hide the Search Field for the "Objecttypes" (on the left side)

Best Regards,

Florian
