How to make a field required based on a value with another custom field?

Custom field 1 : I have a custom field with Yes/No options

Custom field 2: I have another custom field with radio button.

I want to make Custom Field 2 as required if "Yes" choosen in Custom Field 1.

Hi Mrudula,

thanks for your question. Unfortunately, this isn't possible. We can't manipulate the UI in Jira (sadly!). 

You could use an IF/ELSE block to create a chain of conditions but it wouldn't suit your use case.
