How to track the date of a status change for multiple test scenarios?

My project has SLAs where each of our testing scenarios are given a level of effort and we are required to have a percentage of the total testing LOE ready to test by a certain date (for example: 50% of the total LOE must be in status "Ready to Test" by 2/2/2018). 

Is there a way to track this information? Can I use a filter, the eazyBI or reports tool? Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Hi Alexandra,

eazyBI would allow generating such reports. There is a possibility in eazyBI to analyze the measures (including custom fields) by the status history of the issues on a specific date.
