Hello,

I'm working on a test automation suite for a project that relies heavily on data stored in Insight. I was hoping I could make use of REST API in order to fetch data needed for testing but the responses I get are overloaded with data I don't need.

I've tried both IQL - REST and Objects - REST but in both cases I'm getting responses with over 1000 lines even though my requests refer to a unique Insight object.

Is there any way to narrow down the results, perhaps by specifying the exact attribute of an object to be included in response?

Hi Filip.

      Please have a look in our REST APIs Documentation, and more specifically, in the Resource to load an Object's Attribute:

/rest/insight/1.0/objectattribute/{id}

Brows around the Documentation site linked above - to better understand the Structure, and how you can retrieve the Attribute ID if you don't have it.

If you require further assistance, please submit a Ticket with us here.

Kind regards,

Yinon
