Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help with the following. I am running Jira and an Insight CMDB.

The Insight CMDB system is populated with a series of objects relating to SERVICES that the company operates.

I have a number of Jira tickets where one of the fields has this SERVICES field populated. For example 1 or more SERVICES are added to each Jira ticket.

I would like to create a report that shows the % of SERVICES that are covered in a set of Jira tickets. So for example if i have 100 SERVICES objects in Insight, can i cross reference all Jira Project tickets from 2018 onwards that have a SERVICE field populated. I'd like to report on this as a % pie chart or equivalent. Does anyone have any pointers on how i'd do this?

Thanks

Hi Guido.

From Insight's side, please have a look at the 'Issue Count Report' we have in our Reports and Gadgets. Although this is currently not available as a Pie chart or % - we are currently developing a new and powerful Reporting Engine which will later allow you to construct your own Reports, tailored to your requirements :) (if all continues to go well, we will release this within 2 months, but cannot be more specific nor commit to a date at the moment...)

The exact Report you are looking for is available in Jira, but not in Jira Service Desk (at least not out of the box), so other Marketplace Addons may be able to provide you with your exact requirements.

Kind regards,

Yinon
