Hi,
Just started to work with Zephyr for JIRA onDemand and i can't find option to create a bug from test case execution although i saw it in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hd5qQZhDMdw . So my questionIs there a limitation on trial version functionality, or i need to make some additional configurations in JIRA itself?
Any update on when creating a defect from a test case will be added to Zephyr for Cloud? This is a pretty glaring omission we've noticed in our trial.
Hello Vladimir,
Currently Cloud based Zephyr for JIRA does not have the feature to add tescases(to the test cycle) via search filter available with native functionality.
Our Product Management team has been made aware of this feature request. They will review the same for consideration. We appreciate your valuable feedback in making Zephyr for JIRA better.
Kind Regards,
Zephyr Support.

Hi Vimar,
Thank you for quick response.
What about another missing functionality on cloud version, adding test cases to QA cycle:
Missing ability to add test cases by "Via search filter".
Is it Cloud version limitation as well?

Hello Vladimir,
I would like to let you know that there is no limitations for trail version of Zephyr for JIRA. We have noticed that you are watching a webinar recording that is for server based Zephyr for JIRA.
Currently Cloud based Zephyr for JIRA does not have the feature to create a bug from test case execution screen. However, you can create a bug explicitly and add to the Test execution screen.
