I have configured the SMTP Mail server correctly - connection test and email test are working fine.
I Am using the defualy notificication scheme but the notification are not being send
Can you please help me troubleshoot?

I went over the trouble shooting -
we dont have outofmemory exceotion, test email is send proparly and there are no email in the queue
it is possible to send emails via share issue and it is possible to send an email to jira@<Company>.com.au and it will create an issue in Jira.

the test message is being sent to my profile
The event being used is the default,
i.e.:
Issue Created-> Notification for all users, Reporter, Current assignee
